We heard that they are revising the 4473s, to add a option for “other” in the sex area. Right now the only option is male or female. As for FFLs keeping the 4473’s forever, that is incorrect. FFLs are only required to keep them for 20 years and if the dealer goes out of business then they need to turn over all the 4473s to the ATF that are less…Read More
