How a Texas governor should close the border. There's only one way to do it successfully, and that is by force. We need to tell the feds to shut down the border, or we will. Maybe give them a few days, just enough time to mobilize our National Guard, DPS, State Guard and whatever other forces we can muster. We take our tanks, armored personnel carriers, etc to the border crossing centers, and tell them close it or we will. If they don't--and they surely won't--we seize them by military force and close the border. If we can't cull out the illegal aliens from commercial traffic, we just shut down the whole thing. We finish the wall, and defend it. We authorize US citizens to use deadly force when necessary to help us close the border along its entire length. We use aircraft (helicopter gunships, etc) with guns to shoot anyone crossing who can't be stopped by other means. Naturally, it won't take much force to convince those on the other side of the border to not try to cross. They will understand the message quickly, and there will be very little further traffic. As for the illegal aliens who are already stashed here in various places, we round up a bunch of nice buses equipped with restrooms, and we load them all at gun point, and ship them back to the border. We can pay Mexico to ship them back to their countries of origin. As for the federal judiciary, which will surely object to this and the other things we need to do, we can tell them what we should have told them to do back in 1973: go pound sand; we will uphold the Texas and US Constitutions, and y'all can go jump, and take your unconstitutional opinions with you. The courts are not the supreme law of the land, the Constitution is, and these out of control courts just need to be ignored. Then we can begin enforcing our laws against abortion again. See how simple that is? We don't have to wait 40 years and watch 60 million Americans be slaughtered in the process, while we ask them, pretty please, will you stop killing babies?--we just do it. If the Supreme Court doesn't like it, they can send their army. Wait, they don't have an army. So why do we quake in our boots at their opinions? Maybe John Roberts can come here and shake a stick at us. Declaring our state a Second Amendment sanctuary is good, but we need to be clear what that entails. When Dictator Biden decides to confiscate our guns, or trys to tell us to register them or surrender them, we can tell him to bug off, and that we will use whatever force is necessary to defend our rights, our state, and our people. If they surround some citizen, we surround them, and give them a chance to leave, maybe 60 seconds. ... As for one of the means that the communist Chinese and Democrats used to seize the Presidential election, the electronic voting machines, they need to be removed from our state. If we can't do it nicely, we have in our national history a tea party were we dealt with other things that needed to be removed. Nothing says we can't have another one, if it becomes necessary. If we want only real votes to be counted, as opposed to millions of fake ballots and flipped results, we have no choice. All that I see Abbott doing is the same thing the Republicans did while Obama was President: feign hand wringing and act like they were terribly opposed to what was happening, because their hands were supposedly tied. But, the truth came out when the Republicans had all 3 branches of government, and they did nothing, and stopped those like Trump who actually tried to do something. Well, time for "nothing" to come to an end. We need a governor who will do something besides ask the feds to do their job. They won't. The people who stole the election did it right in front of our faces, and dared us to do anything. So far, we've done nothing, except for some Republican candidates who ask for more donations. Do you think those people are suddenly going to start defending the Constitution? Don't be delusional. Now they are screaming loudly against anyone who talks about taking it back. Either we take back Texas, and use that as a stepping stone to take back the USA, or we will slide irreversibly into a bloody, communist dictatorship, thanks, in part, to the gutless and visionless people on our side. Either we fight and win, or the communist coup that occurred in November will be permanent. There can be no stopping point except victory.

The left is now screaming and shouting denunciations against any violence because they have almost completed the successful overthrow of our Constitution, and they don’t want anyone to come against them to stop them. They also want to maintain the “monopoly of force” for the same reason: so their stranglehold on us can’t be removed. Ever. We as Americans need to recall our history, that we as a nation were birthed in violence, that violence is expressly enshrined in our Declaration of Independence as the method for altering or abolishing government when it becomes harmful to our good, and to our liberty and prosperity. Violence is part of the understanding held by our founding fathers, that sometimes it is necessary, as in this excerpt from Alexander Hamilton in the Federalist Papers, where he explains what would happen if the militia of one state were sent to violate the rights of citizens: “the militia, irritated by being called upon to undertake a distant and hopeless expedition, for the purpose of riveting the chains of slavery upon a part of their countrymen, direct their course, but to the seat of the tyrants, who had meditated so foolish as well as so wicked a project, to crush them in their imagined intrenchments of power, and to make them an example of the just vengeance of an abused and incensed people” Those calling for us to lay down our arms simply don’t understand that our Constitution has been overthrown, and they don’t understand our nation’s history. They are being mislead by screaming mobs who will ultimately cut their throats. But, this isn’t the first time we as Americans were told to lay down our arms. On April 19, 1775, American patriots under the leadership of militia Captain Parker met British troops on Lexington Green. The British troops were marching to seize cannons, firearms, and shot and powder stored at Lexington and Concord. The British Major Pitcairn ordered them something along the lines of: “Lay down your arms, you ______ rebels, and disperse.” Captain Parker famously told the minutemen present: “Stand your ground, don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.” America, our enemies have already fired the first shot. As we watched, they brazenly stole our Presidency, overthrowing our election and our Constitution. Now they are daring us to do anything about it. If Biden isn't the incoming President, why did he say that? If there isn't going to be a Biden Administration, why mention it? Because there will be one. Biden won't be President, he will be a Usurper, but he will exercise the power of the President, and sit in the office of the President. If Biden takes office, either because Trump is impeached, or because the 20th comes without incident, dispense with all this secret alternate way to view things. Take events for what they are on a reasonable level without needing someone with secret, insider information to twist everything around to mean the opposite of what they say in plain English. X-22 anyone? I listened to the whole thing (1-12-21). The guy had zero evidence for what he is saying. I believe he is just making up things to excuse everything that happens, and spin everything to make it look like we are winning. The results are that our side is paralyzed into doing nothing to stop what is happening, because some secret military organization is going to come along and rescue us from everything. Our enemies could not come up with a better plan to stop us from resisting them. A lot of people have been putting out similar stuff, and many of them claim to have good sources that are in the intelligence community. I believe them, thet they really are intelligence sources. Now, ask yourself, who controls the intelligence community--the NSA, the CIA, etc? They are part of the deep state, they are against Trump, and they have been out to overthrow him for the last 5 years. Why do we now believe everything they tell us? As for these guys giving out the Q information, just about every time they issue a new statement, everything they predicted turns out to be false, so they say, well, everything we said was wrong, but here are our elaborate and fanciful excuses as to why we were wrong, and here are all our new predictions, based on zero evidence, and why you should believe everything we tell you. Then the same thing happens again, everything they predicted is wrong, and they have all sorts of excuses why they were wrong, and they just keep leading people down the path, and nobody says, y'all are full of baloney. I prefer to listen to what people like Trump and Pompeo actually say. Today, for example, Mike Pompeo talked implicitly about transferring power to Biden, the same thing Trump said a few days ago. These are real words spoken by real people, not some made up fantasies concocted by people who enjoy misleading others. I believe strongly that Trump has been beaten. He conceded in his recent speech. Pompeo reiterated it in his talk today. Maybe the military refuses to help him. Maybe he lacks the werewithal to use the military. Who knows why. If you want to believe this stuff, go ahead. But, I ask you one favor. When either Trump is impeached, or Biden is sworn in as Usurper of the Presidency, and nothing has happened, please dispense with this Q stuff. I'll bet you money that they aren't going to quit. They will say, oh, now we are playin 12d chess, or whatever nonsense they will use. They'll say, oh, we have to be communist for awhile, so people can see what it's really all about. No, I think these people can't give up their hold on manipulating large numbers of people into following them. That sort of behaviour is addictive, you know. And, you can't just quit, and admit they were just making things up. You have to continue the lies, until someone deposes you. It's like liberals who believe in communism. I don't understand why our side is engaging in so much hand-wringing over the Supreme Court. For one thing, the SC has been murdering millions of citizens for a long time and trashing the Constitution for many years, and we just mostly yawned. OK, now it's hitting a little closer to home. For another thing, the Supreme Court does not secure our rights, we do. Furthermore, we still have plenty of legal options, and they have yet to be expended. Failing all those, we still have the Declaration of Independence, which says: "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it...." Maybe more than anything we just want to go back to our distractions, and not have to deal with what we are facing--the imminent demise of freedom, and the end of our Constitutional Republic, unless we do whatever it takes to prevent that from happening. The legal authority to convene the State Legislature to examine election fraud, and directly select electors Senator Sylvia Allen (AZ): I heard that in the Arizona hearings regarding election integrity you asked about the constitutional ability of the Arizona legislature to convene itself to determine if the presidential election has been conducted in a manner as you have directed, and, also, to remedy the untrustworthy implementation of the count by directly selecting a slate of electors. I am convinced that a study of the Constitution and Supreme Court precedent reveal that you do, indeed, as a state legislator, have the plenary power under Article II of the United States Constitution to work with your fellow legislators, and to call the legislature into session for such a purpose, even if the Arizona Constitution and statutes dictate that normally the legislature does not. I think that the authorities I will quote and the articles I link to below will demonstrate that Article II trumps (no pun intended) the Arizona legal regime for other circumstances. First,, here are quotes from Bush v Gore and McPherson v. Blacker that Mayor Guiliani referenced, today: “The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors. See [McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U.S. 1,] 35 (1892)“ ‘[T]here is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time, for it can neither be taken away nor abdicated’” Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98, 104 (2000). The McPherson case quoted former Justice Joseph Story from his Commentaries on the Constitution where he said that “direct choice by the legislature” of electors “has been firmly established in practice ever since the adoption of the Constitution, and does not now seem to admit of controversy even if a suitable tribunal existed to adjudicate upon it.” (emphasis added). Clearly the judiciary has never thought it had the power to tell state legislatures how to pick its electors. Chief Justice Fuller hammered the point home in McPherson: “The power and jurisdiction of the state is exclusive.” And “The question before us is not one of policy, but of power.” Daniel Horowitz in this article (in a follow up to his original article) answers your question this way: “In some states, the legislature cannot convene a special session outside the regular session (typically in January) without the consent of the governor. Lawmakers from these states are concerned that they might not be able to convene without the green light from a Democrat governor who clearly has no interest in further investigating election fraud. Other legislators have raised questions about whether they can reclaim their constitutional power to select the electors after they have already delegated the authority to the political parties based on the winner of the popular election. The answer to both of these concerns lies in federal law. 3 U.S.C. §2 states clearly: "Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct." Thus, even if we accept the argument that legislators cannot abolish popular elections and return to the original practice without passing a new statute (which would require the signature of the governor), that is not what they would be doing here. There has already been a popular election. And assuming the results remain contested and unclear, federal law dictates they alone are responsible for resolving it. Presidential Endgame Being Set Now

Those who care about rule of law, election integrity, constitutional government, and liberty should be contacting the GOP legislators in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin this week urging them to use the power delegated to them on behalf of the people of their states to reject corrupted elections.

Biden Plays The China Trump Card (a scenario) Who is actually President remains unresolved, with both parties claiming to be President. There are conflicting opinions issued by various courts, various state level governments, and even with congress invoking its power to select the President, there has been no concession, and no conclusive solution. Forces loyal to Biden, including armed agents from the State Department, the CIA, the FBI, the DC Police and others have made multiple armed assaults on the White House in an attempt to forcibly remove Donald Trump from sitting as President, but they are being repelled by elements loyal to him including Special Forces and other branches of the military, and some elements within various federal agencies loyal to the President. In light of this conflict, tens of thousands of demonstrators representing all sides of the conflict have descended on DC, and have engaged each other in massive riots and gun battles, resulting in thousands of deaths, and more thousands of injuries. Similar pitched battles have raged in multiple large cities. Police are wholly unwilling or unable to quell the violence. Military and National Guard units, some loyal to President Trump, and some loyal to Joe Biden have been descending on Washington DC, and the fighting has increased. Power and most essential services are out in large sections of the city, and people not involved in the fighting are fleeing. Joe Biden, acting as President Elect, has called on the international community to help him restore order, since the armed forces and federal agencies are engaged in active combat with each other, and not all are following his orders. An initial contingent of 200,000 crack Chinese troops have landed in DC to restore order. Their arrival appears to have been much faster than could be reasonably expected for such a massive response, as if they had been staged beforehand close enough to move in quickly. Our analysts believe some elements within the intelligence community must have seen the buildup, but withheld the information for their own purposes. With the advent of Chinese troops, major portions of the US Military loyal to President Trump are converging on Washington DC to defend the Capitol from foreign invasion. At the same time, military intelligence satellites have begun tracking huge armadas of Chinese transport ships which sources indicate are filled with millions of Chinese troops, and mobile armored vehicles, presumed for transporting the troops once they land. Present Trump has attempted to launch a nuclear strike against these armadas, but somewhere along the line, the launch abilities of the President have been interrupted, making a nuclear strike impossible. At the same time, it appears that Chinese and Russian anti-satellite weapons have disabled or destroyed most American military satellites, rendering any further tracking impossible. With that, President Trump, still in control of the Navy and the nuclear-armed submarine fleet has ordered them to locate, attack, and destroy these Chinese armadas based on the intelligence data gathered before the destruction of the satellites. The submarines have had some successes, and have destroyed several armadas, but it is feared that most have survived, and are on their way to the United States. Their destination is suspected to be Washington DC, and the various ports owned by Chinese interests. Why millions of Chinese troops are headed to ports not connected to DC is unclear, but it is rumored that they intend to restore order in all the cities where violence is occurring. How long they plan to stay is anyone’s guess. Unfortunately, the Chinese have been building their anti-ship capabilities for decades, and have destroyed many US Navy warships. Additionally, many US Navy submarines have gone dark, and intelligence sources believe that Russian submarine hunter-killers are involved, even though Putin has emphatically stated that his country will not be involved in the events. In other news, SARS-COV-III, much more virulent and deadly than SARS-COV-II, is spreading, but it appears the nation doesn’t have the resources to cope with both the violence and the new virus. They have retreated to "you can't prove enough fraud to determine the outcome." (Note that this attitude is NOT one of a person with an open mind, committed to rule of law and honest elections.)
