WTH? That doesn’t sound right, unless the idea is to spread the contagion. Germs rarely spread as easily as they do through the recycled air on planes.

I read an article that said something “went wrong” on the cruise ship which led to bringing our people back on 2 planes. They weren’t regular commercial jets, they were transport jets that were hurriedly fitted to bring citizens back. I read that they had a containment section for people who were infected and they all were going to have to go through the 14-day quarantine again once they were on US soil. If I recall the number of infected was increasing on the ship. At least now the CDC can hopefully get a handle on it instead of us relying on another government telling us it’s ok for those who were infected to travel and then learning the other government was wrong.
